Bookings

Holiday weeks are from Saturday to Saturday.

Bookings for long weekends can be taken, but only on a last minute basis as full weeks have priority.

Arrival time from 5.00pm to 8.00pm, departure time no later than 10.30am. (Any changes in the arrival or departure times must be communicated to the owner first).

Availability can be subject to change at late notice, so cancellations are sometimes unavoidable.

Cancellation conditions

Payment is part refundable on cancellations as follows:

• up to 75 days prior to beginning of booking period, 75% of the total price of booking will be refunded.

• between 43 and 74 days prior to beginning of booking period, 65% of the total price of booking will be refunded.

• between 30 and 42 days prior to beginning of booking period, 50% of the total price of booking will be refunded.

• between 24 hours and 29 days prior to beginning of booking period, 10% of the total price of booking will be refunded.

On cancellations on day of intended arrival there will be no refund.
