This beautiful and tranquil countryside location is only a short distance from Colle Val d’Elsa or Poggibonsi where you will find shops, supermarkets pharmacies and petrol stations. Combine this with the fact that you are centrally located to reach many of the towns (ie. Florence 40km, Siena 20km or San Gimignano 15km) that are the best Tuscany has to offer, then your choice of an Il Poderino apartment will not disappoint you.

Directions from Pisa Airport
Pisa Airport. Aim right out of the airport onto the Firenze/Pisa/Livorno road towards Florence. Follow along this road until you get to the exit Empoli Ovest which you will take (please do not miss this turning), you will also see signs to Ponte A Elsa, Castel Fiorentino, Certaldo and Poggibonsi which will let you know you are going in the right direction. When you arrive in Poggibonsi follow signs for Raccordo/Siena/Firenze, you will also see a big COOP (supermarket) which will let you know you are going in the correct direction. This will lead you onto the SI/FI road (Siena/Florence), it is like a dual carridge way. You will carry along this road and come off at the exit marked Colle Val d’Elsa Sud. At the top of the slip road you will turn right towards Colle Val d’Elsa, and at the end of this road you will then turn left towards Monteriggioni. Soon after this junction you will see a big yellow building called the Mercatone Uno on your left. Carry along this road for about 3 km, on your left you will see a big building called Speechi Accessori Per Bagno opposite this building you will see a dirt track road called Strada della Cerreta, you will also see a sign pointing along this road to Pegasus Club. Follow along this road for about 1 km and on your right you will see another sign pointing to the Pegasus Club. Take this turning and straight ahead of you, you will see a tree, at the tree turn left. The gates at the end of this road lead to the apartments.

Directions from Florence Airport
Florence airport. Take the direction for Siena on the auto strada, this is a toll road. When you arrive at the Certosa exit you will come off and this will be the end of the toll road auto strada. This will bring you out onto a large round-about. Take the first exit on your right sign posted to Siena. Stay on this road passing San Donato, Tavanelle and Poggibonsi, until you reach the exit for Colle Val d’Elsa Sud, which is the 2nd exit, this is roughly 42km from Florence. At the end of the slip road you will turn right towards Colle Val d’Elsa and at the end of this road you will then turn left towards Monteriggioni. Soon after this junction you will see a big yellow building called the Mercatone Uno on your left. Carry along this road for about 3 km, on your left you will see a big building called Specchi Accessori Per Bagno opposite this building you will see a dirt track road called Strada della Cerreta, you will also see a sign pointing along this road to Pegasus Club.
